Time depends on domain names. If it is a new domain name, we will register it on your behalf (And pay for it), and your website will be up in a few hours. If you already have a domain name registered, we will need to transfer this to our management account, it still stays in your name, but we need to be able to pay the bill, and delegate it to our server. This transfer, and delegate process can take a few days.
So, once your site is up using one of the two options above, it is fully usable. The only addition is a custom template (Not required). If you would like a custom template, you will initially launch on a current template while we build you a custom template. You new template should be available in a week or so.

Our standard package includes your Website, Admin Section, Premium restaurant Guide Membership, Domain Name registration, iPhone Website, Customer Mailing List and more.
Standard Package Price: $990 inc GST for the first year, and $330 inc GST annually.
Additional Charges: There are NO additional charges except for purchasing a custom template - which is a one off fee.

Once ordered, we register your domain, and upload your site. We then link your site the the database. This link is also a direct link to the Vervah database. So, you then login and add your info, and it will also update on Vervah. Your account also has a template option, we store this, and when a visitor visits your website, it looks for your template choice, and then looks up your information, then renders it for your customers to use!
iPhone Version for Free !
iPhone Version - Free !
All of our restaurant websites come with an iPhone version for free! Which is a must with so much focus currently being placed on mobile devices.
It uses the same domain, however, the system detects if it being viewed on an iPhone. If it is, it renders the iPhone version of your site.
This is a mobile version that contains great tools. It has a 'Click to Call' button. It uses google maps to advise the customer how to get to your restaurant from where they are standing. It has a 'Click to Email' button. and, as expected, shows all of your other important info like menus and pictures. An unbelievable and necessary tool. Yours Free !
Full Administration
You Control Your Website !
Your new website comes with Full Administration. You can logon and change your information including menus, vouchers, pictures and more.
You can also view statistics, and look after your customer mailing list. All this, and heaps more in your administration section. Also, once your changes have been made, your details will also show up directly on your premium listing on Vervah.

View statistics like, where are your visitors located, how many pages did they look at, how long were they on there, how did they get to your site, what keywords did they use in search engines . . . And tones more!
This is all set up for you, and you will be provided with login details. It is ready to go !
Customer Mailing List
Collect Customer Details and Email Them !
Your new site comes with (Turn it of or on as you wish) a mailing list function. Your website has a section where users can add their name and email address, and it stores them in a database for you to use. These are then displayed in your administration area in two formats. Firstly, in an email ready format for you to just copy and paste into an email, and then in list form for you to be able to delete when ever you like. We also supply you a unsubscribe link for you to include in your email (Legally required). This meets the required standards.

Email Addresses ?
An Email Address for Every Occasion !
All restaurants with a website with Ryridge receive a 'Catch All' email address. We simply set up an email address for you like something@yourdomain.com.au. Then, forward all other emails to that address. Eg. accounts@yourdomain.com.au and help@yourdomain.com.au will all be forwarded to your email address. So.. anything that ends with @yourdomain.com.au you will receive.
Need more than one address? Ask us. I am sure we can find a solution for you.
Can I Update Information ?

This was our goal from the start. We wanted to provide you with a website that you could update easily, any time you wanted.
Once you have the login details, simply login, and it is all at your fingertips. Add, Edit and Delete what you want, when you want. Menus was our big focus here. You can add PDF and DOC menus easily.
Interchangeable Templates
Change the Look - Anytime !
There is a selection of existing templates to choose from, and the selection is growing fast. You can change the entire look of your site with a single click.
Not only do you have the option of choosing an existing template, but you can order a custom template. These are great. There are two options.
Firstly, an exclusive custom template. This is your template only, and not available for other restaurants. There vary in price depending on work required. Usually between $330 inc GST and $550 inc GST.
Secondly, there are shared custom templates. This is a template built to suit your restaurant just like the above, however, will be available for other restaurant to use with their information. These are usually between $198 inc GST and $330 inc GST.
